Sutileza Group is proudly partnering with Rycon Construction to build a new garden-style apartment community in Bradenton, Florida. Our team is currently working on the 13 separate three-story wood-framed structures over a post-tension concrete slab. Each building will be approximately 25,000 sq. ft., and 324 units with options of one to four bedrooms will be available for residents.

 

The complex's amenities are expected to be a major attraction for potential residents. It features two 6,000 sq. ft. centralized commons buildings that will surround an L-shaped pool and surface parking, which can hold 530 spaces. A leasing office building will feature a lobby, a 1,100 sq. ft. clubroom, a 550 sq. ft. cafe/kitchen, and two covered patios. An additional building will feature a fitness center, yoga studio, laundry facilities, and pool showers. These amenities are designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious living experience for the residents.
